Toerail to gunwale
Today we had an extra hand at the
boat.
In exchange for some tricks and tips on wood building and on how to prepare a ship for varnishing, he was willing to lend us a hand with the work on our
boat.
We are very grateful for the amount of
work we were able to do today with his help!
We first carefully scraped the existing layer of
epoxy that was on the boat, prior to the sanding of the complete topside from toerail, bulwark untill the gunwale at the portside.
After hours of glorious sanding we
were able to finish the day with a complete new layer of epoxy from front to back on
this part of the boat.
